How It Works
The system automatically checks every new renter you add against:
Your Personal Blacklist – a private list you can maintain to block anyone who’s caused issues with your business in the past (damage, non-payment, fraud, etc.).
The Global Warning Database – an internal Autoflow network that flags repeat offenders reported by other fleets without sharing personal data publicly.
When you upload a driver’s license or enter a renter’s details, Autoflow runs a secure match check.
If there’s a hit, you’ll see a “Global Warning” banner before confirming the booking — letting you know if that renter has a history of red flags elsewhere.
Privacy & Compliance First
We built this feature carefully to balance security with privacy laws.
No public “blacklist” is ever shown.
Only warnings are displayed when a renter already matches data you have (e.g., license, DOB).
Each fleet’s private list stays completely isolated.
