Refunds are not granted for:

  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.

  • Ineligibility to use the services after purchase.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Platform. Canceling your subscription will stop future billing cycles, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You will retain access to the services until the end of your paid term.

PROCESSING TIME
Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
